
Special Situation Seat Assignment:
- Two (2) seats will be assigned, free of charge, for passengers with financial hardship, or a handicapped passenger who has an urgency to travel between the islands and does not have the financial means.
- Two (2) seats will be assigned, free of charge, for passengers that have an urgency to travel between the islands for medical reasons, or due to the death of an immediate family member, such as, the death of a parent, sibling, or child.
- Two (2) seats will be assigned, free of charge, for Government Officials that are in operative duties and must travel between the islands. In this case each official will have to make available a letter from the Secretary of the Prime Minister to show cause.
- Two (2) seats will be assigned, free of charge, for passengers dedicated to Education, which must travel between the islands, for special school activities, and school meetings
- Two (2) seats will be assigned, free of charge, for members of the clergy/pastors, who need to travel between the islands, regardless of denomination. Credentials must be made available.
- Two (2) seats will be assigned, free of charge, for members of the Police Force which need to travel between the islands a letter from the local Deputy Police must be made available. Such officials will be assisting during the trip with the vessel security personnel, and will receive identification for this purpose upon boarding the vessel.

Special Discounts:
- A group consists of 15 adult passengers or more. Children under the age of 2 are not included in the group count.. All passengers must travel on the same itinerary to receive the group fare
- For every 3 children between the ages 2 to 13 years, 1 adult must (18 years or older) must accompany them
- 55% discount will be given to groups to all destinations
- A non-refundable deposit payment of 20% on bookings is required upon reservation. Payment of a deposit forms part of the final payment and means you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Travel. Outstanding balance must be paid 30 days before departure
- Group rate tickets or boarding passes must be purchased and paid in full a minimum of 30 days prior to travel
- Group tickets or boarding passes are valid only for departures issued and are nonrefundable if not used. Cancellations made 30 days prior to travel may be eligible for a 50% credit
- Seating is provided in a first come – first served basis
- Special or discounted fares are subject to conditions for travel established by The Company. Special or discounted fares will only be applicable on certain dates, departures and seat availability may be limited
- Upon proof of age senior citizens will be eligible for a 5% discount
